Every member and connection is calculated and modeled in Tekla before any steel is cut.
We work from your drawings, a model or just your project details and produce the structural model and shop drawings in Tekla. Each member, plate and bolt is calculated digitally, so the steel that leaves the plant matches the drawings you approve. Fabrication starts once you approve.

Beams, columns and connection plates are cut and drilled on CNC equipment and welded in the plant, not in the field. Every piece is sequentially numbered to match the erection drawings, so your crew knows where each member goes. Plant capacity is 1,500 tons a month.
